راهبردهای دولت‌ها در مقابله با حبابی شدن قیمت دارایی‌ها

چکیده

در این پژوهش به چیستی، چرایی و چگونگی تشکیل حباب قیمتی داراییهای مالی و سیاستهای تجربه‌شده در گروهی از کشورها می‌پردازیم. بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد تشکیل حباب قیمتی در دارایی‌ها اجتناب‌ناپذیر است، اما تشدید آن منبعث از بی‌ثباتی‌های اقتصاد کلان است. همچنین، انتقال حباب به نظام بانکی، عامل اصلی تبدیل این پدیده به بحران اقتصادی است. امکان فروش استقراضی سهام در بازار سرمایه، تنظیم بیانیه سیاستی توسط مقام اقتصادی برای هدایت انتظارات، پیشگیری از سرایت حباب به نظام بانکی، طراحی صحیح ابزارهای مالی، تسریع خروج دارایی‌های سمی از ترازنامه بانک‌ها، هدف‌گذاری صحیح سیاست‌ پولی به‌عنوان راهکارهای پیشنهاد شده این تحقیق آورده شده‌اند.
